after a message of one of you moderator i have decided to make that topic.

I really like you products but the people using an IOS device really need more notifications!

So please give us more! 😃

Notificions i would recommend:

E-Mail

Whats App

Facebook 

and more messaging apps

IOS needs more notifications availible, either as a list to select or use the dashboard to forward all notifications of a specific type

Is there any way to switch off notifications from what's app group. I want only personal chat notification as per my phone gives.

It's disappointing - i bought a Surge yesterday and i cannot believe that the Notification feature ist still not working. It would also be cool if accepting and canceling a call would be possible. I'm not talking about "talking" - just remotely pressing then "green" oder "red" button on my iphone...

Maybe i must switch back to Garmin - they implemented that allready. And it works fine...

BTW: why ist the status of this feature request set to "implemented"?

Are you talking about how to stop notifications coming through on your mobile?

I just switched from a cheap Xiaomi Mi Band 2 and while that didn't allow for ready the messages, it had different icons for each app (stock icons from Xiaomi but unlimited amount of apps and custom vibration).
I took for granted that a product that costs almost 10 times as much had that by default.

Why does the status show as implemented? does it mean that we can get watsapp notifications for fitbit iOS ?

Somebody please respond as now text message became more irrelevant and we are living in a world of messsaging through watsapp , please fix this and allow notifications through watsapp

@msdeepak6 Not sure why it shows as implemented, maybe someone can clarify what this actually means. I agree there shoud be more options for notification, the fact that the Charge 2 (and other) will only display 40 characters is very limiting.

I think this is labeled implimented and cannot be voted upon because some ammount of notifications has been implimented on the Fitbit Blaze. There, the admin or fitbit representative suggested we open a new impliment field based on our device. It would be nice if anyone who has a Charge 2 to follow the link below and upvote it, i would really like the feature for that.

You can search for device specific improvements by going to the search field and type in your device name, but notifications would be a fairly easy thing to add in my opinion and should be a feature.

I got an alta today an i totally loved the product but i was really dissapointed to see it does not accept whatsapp notifications, i don't use the sms app anymore so please! bring us the whatsapp notifications to iOS users

I am loving my new Charge 2.  But I use multiple messaging apps and would like to be able to get notifications from all of them not just having to choose one over the other.  Like I use message+ but would also like notifications from FB messager at the same time.

Please add notifications for Google Hangouts and Google calls.

I just got the charge 2 for me and my BF. We use hangouts and google calls exclusively and... A LOT. Was really bummed to learn I wont get those notifications on my wrist from him. 😞

I had made a post earlier about requesting Hangouts be added.. I completely forgot until just moments ago that Google has made the switch and wants everyone else to follow suit to ALLO.

Hopefully ALLO will be a supported app, I use Google everything and love their products.

ALLO and the Hangouts bit may have already been mentioned some where in this thread, if so my apologies for double posting about it.

Happy to see all the notifications we can have showing up, but any reason why its limited to just one application?

I would like to see my SMS, hangouts and facebook messages all appearing, not just one of them!

Not sure why the status is set to "implemented" as I can not find any notification options apart from native iOS messages in my app. Using the Fitbit Alta and would really appreciate this update! Please implement notifications for WhatsApp for iOS!

I got a fitbit alta for christmas and I absolutely love it. Only knock against it is that it does not support whatsapp message notifications, please fix this. I see the status of this thread as implemented, but that is not true for the alta (don't know about others). It is implemented on the android so I don't imagine that it would be hard to implement for the ios...pretty interested to know why it is not working for us.

Has this really been marked as implemented? In what way? Only if you have the Blaze! We don't all want that beast. 

If the Xiaomi $30 band can add any notification you want then Fitbit should be all over that! It's actually pretty crazy that SMS IS included as they're almost defunct!

Please, extend this feature also to other trackers (I've just bought an Alta): it coudn't be considered 'implemented' if it's working only on one tracker (furthermore not the most common one).

Please, an iOS user shoudn't be a B series user 😕

Option has been implemented. Go to notifications and then app notifications
n then u have list of all apps. Select so app notifications you want.

This is not very clear. Have looked in settings in app itself and on iPhone. Cannot find the options you are mentioning. 

This is regarding WhatsApp messages from iPhone NOT android.

I just checked, It has not been implemented for the Flex 2 on iOS. For other device/mobile OS combinations maybe but not for Flex2/iOS (the only notifications options that I have are calls or sms.

This has not been implemented on all fitbit devices. Fitbit lied.
