I purchased 2, as an upgrade (supposedly). One for a Father’s Day gift and one for myself. Highly disappointed ☹️ in the selection. We had Charge2 and Versa’s a while back and there were endless options of clock faces to choose from. In my opinion, this Charge5 was a major step backwards on their tracker list - not everyone wants a smartwatch, they could have done a better job or at least addressed these complaints.
Hi @hdemore111, thanks for taking the time to share this suggestion about adding more clock faces for the Charge 5. We really appreciate your feedback. I've moved it into a similar request. I, too, am disappointed in the lack of useful to me clock faces. I made the mistake of going to the page that shows all of the clock faces available. Every time I found one with day of week, date, and time that showed steps and heart rate, it wasn't available for the Charge 5. Why not have the designs searchable by model? It just got more and more depressing with seeing all the usable clock faces that aren't available to Charge 5 users.
What’s really sad is how Fitbit has neglected to address these overwhelming concerns over clock faces. Very disappointed in their lack of response to this. I mean seriously. Look how long this thread is. Shame on them.
Needless to say, this will most certainly be my last Fitbit product.
I purchased a Versa3 last year, nothing but issues connecting to my IPhone. Plus, I didn’t care for the bulkiness of it and the battery life was horrible…anyway, I loved my Charge3, figured I would get the latest model of the Charge…HUGE mistake. Yes, time to look for another competitor. Fitbit is making their products more expensive, but the quality sucks.
We need to post on their twitter account to make a point across as this forum is only used by us. I’m sure if we started posted in there twitter and everyone sees how upset we are they might make some changes.
State you disappointment on there twitter account the more of us do this we might get them to respond as they don’t care about our concerns in the forums were other then us no one really sees them
Gotta love the automated reply from Fitbit... like give me a break!?
"Sorry to hear this. We're always striving to enhance Fitbit products and services, and your feedback is a big part of that process. We appreciate your patience."
This will sound very cynical, but I have found it to be true in many customer input forums for other retailers that the "make a suggestion" board is used as a place to send people to let them think their ideas/thoughts/suggestions are being heard. In three out of five, it's just a holding pattern for noisy people. My Charge 5 is only 13 days old and I'm looking for my paperwork on it now to start the return process. Just too many things problematic. I'll go back to my Garmin until I find something that works as represented.
It is a possibility…I am deciding what to do since it has only been a few days. My husband’s was a gift, he is still feeling his out as well. I don’t see why with the next update, Fitbit may have fixed this issue. These are brand new trackers.
