More clock/watch faces for the Charge 3!

So, the Charge 3 is out and there is a huge let down:

There are only 5 clock/watch faces:

Come on Fitbit...at least include all the Charge 2 watch faces too. We all loved the Charge 2 watch face with the time, date and the highlighted feature (steps/heart rate etc.)

Whats missing:

- Faces with the actual DATE and DAY

- Faces with a DIGITAL SECONDS TIMER

Or to say it again, just include the Charge 2 watch faces. Thanks in advance.

I was wondering this I have charge 2 and I love how mine has time date floors and then steps on it because those 4 r the most important to me.I switched the heart rate out on it for floors.I wouldn’t like charge 3 for this reason.Im also not upgrading either until I see if they r going to add more adventure challenges?I have been asking for 2 years now.Come on Fitbit u added a lot new trackers In that time.Get with it add more adventure challenges.Why can’t u change them out every 6-12 months?For both solo and multi players?

I am removing myself from this forum. I returned my fitbit3 and bought an Apple Watch. I would have kept the fitbit, but they were too slow on the go and I didn’t want to be stuck with something that I didn’t like.

The dim minutes are hard to read in the sun. I would like to see a straight forward bright time, date, and steps at a quick glance. Putting the minutes below the hours might be pretty, but less functional.

Also ability to reorder as you scroll  down so the most important metrics to each individual can be accessed efficiently. Thanks!

There are over 1000 votes and still no date or new clock choices.  I need the date, with so many people returning there Charge 3, I’m surprised nothing has been done.

I will see what happens my dad is going to get an Apple Watch the new one I’m going to have to check that out too because Fitbit is stArting to make me mad how slow they r with changing out adventure challenges when they have tons of votes to that more votes on that then on other stuff that they have already emplemented.Why they wouldn’t have kept the same clock faces the same from Fitbit 2 to 3 is ridiculous?someone to me is doing a horrible job at reading these posts.

I think they should let u put the 4 things up on the screen in any order u like.That way u can choose which one u want big to see better.Like charge 2 u can choose only your date and time setting which I choose to have time a little bigger at top then smaller time.then I switched floors to be below date and steps to be on bottom.Heart rate was less important to me so I have to push button to see that.I do agree with u they should do something when u r in the sun to see it better I hate that as well

Oh good so can u have time on top them date second and can u go in under your settings to switch heart rate to floors 3rd and steps on bottom or u could have steps 3rd and floors 4th u get to choose on charge 2.under settings u can see it then u take your figure to move them in the order u want them.Just want to make sure I haven’t upgraded yet wanted to see reviews on 3 as well as see if they change adventure games out?🙏🏻🤞🏻

Okay, so now there are a couple of watch faces that let you display the date. I'm using one of them. But you now have to choose between displaying the date or your heart rate (or total steps, which I wouldn't remove) on the home screen.

Come on Fitbit, we shouldn't have to sacrifice and pick and choose which information we want to see. There should be an option that includes everything that was already available, but with the date ADDED on the screen and nothing taken away. Don't replace something with the date, ADD it.

The display on the Charge 3 is bigger than it was on the Charge 2 and Fitbit is giving the impression that it's more difficult to get the same amount of information onto the larger screen.

I'm not going to threaten to return my Charge 3 or anything, as I'm genuinely pretty happy with it. But it's a pain in the butt to have to change screens to see my heart rate now. Please just tweak it and put all of the info onto one watch face. Thanks.

Well I’ve boxed up my C3 and it’s going back tomorrow.  I also noticed something quite interesting as I was doing so.  When the screen was dark, the light hit it just right and while it looks like a “big” screen, the actually area minus the bezel is quite small.  The gray number at the top is the top of the screen and same with the bottom.  Try holding your’s just right and you’ll see what I noticed.  Clock time will have to be much smaller to increase the other numbers and add a 4 metric ie: date.

Maybe someday it will be ready for prime time, but not now.

Thanks I’m going to see what people say I like my charge 2 except it not waterproof and the adventure challenges on app is lacking WAY too much for me.I have had a Fitbit now for 3 years.They need change with the app.

Does anyone no how new gorilla screen is working for Scratches?I always order Skinomi screen protectors for mine because Scratches bother me on screen.

Noticed there are now 2 new clock faces... but I hope these aren't the only ones. I'm sure everyone in this thread (at a minimum) wants the following on a Clock Face: Time, Date, & choice of Main Goal. I personally would like an option that includes the day of week with the date as well.

Really dissapointed with how FitBit is handling this. I honestly feel like they decided to dumb down the Charge 3's clock face designs (which should've been an upgrade from the Charge 2) so that people would purchase the more expensive Versa and Ionic. Even the Alta HR has better clock face options

That's it I have finally had it. After being patient, I worked through the weekend to have the device properly sync with weather etc.. I am returning the device as of this morning. Yes, a couple of clock faces but not enough. And, to add fuel to my frustration, it took me over 25 minutes with the support person to get the return authorization. I think that Fitbit has lost a long time customer as I will search out alternatives.

I also tried. Then this morning it wouldn't sync with my phone. I removed the device from my phone and then it wouldn't pair up again. I boxed it up and went online and got my return authorization. It's all boxed up going back to Fitbit!!!!! Done with this junk! Such a disappointment!!!

Thanks for your patience! We're happy to announce new clock faces that include the date for Fitbit Charge 3.

First update your device, then access the new clock faces in the Fitbit app. 

Please keep voting and supporting this suggestion if you would like more clock faces (like the ones described in the idea and comments) for Charge 3.
