More clock/watch faces for the Charge 3!

So, the Charge 3 is out and there is a huge let down:

There are only 5 clock/watch faces:

Come on Fitbit...at least include all the Charge 2 watch faces too. We all loved the Charge 2 watch face with the time, date and the highlighted feature (steps/heart rate etc.)

Whats missing:

- Faces with the actual DATE and DAY

- Faces with a DIGITAL SECONDS TIMER

Or to say it again, just include the Charge 2 watch faces. Thanks in advance.

My Charge 3 looks great and is very comfortable, especially since I replaced the straps with an AdePoy stainless steel Milanese loop - which is fantastic value at £9.99. So pleased. I should qualify that "looks great" by adding "when the display is off" I suppose. Every time I look at the active clock face I feel more and more disappointed.

Hope that's not referring to the two ghastly ones that appeared last week; if not then nothing has materialised on this side of the Atlantic. Did you know that the 40mm aluminium Apple Watch is almost exactly the same weight as the C3? Going to an Apple store to try one on tomorrow.

I absolutely agree. This is my fourth Fitbit and I am very disappointed in this Charge 3. I had a Charge 2 and loved the face on mine. I have a watch and don’t really need the time on my Fitbit. It’s nice but I bought the Fitbit for the steps. Now I have to look really hard when I am on the treadmill to see my steps. I want an option to have my steps front and center.

I have just bought the charge 3 to upgrade from the charge 2 and I was really excited because of the waterproof feature and being able to set goals! I was also really happy when I tried the Fitbit on and thought it was more comfortable than the charge 2. Then I set it all up and saw the poor choice of clock faces 😞 I personally always check the date and time on my watch but also I’m always checking steps/ floors etc with the quick tap screen. The choice of faces are so disappointing 😞 I just want to use my charge 2 face!!

I hope u guys post if they ever have face like charge 2.I will not upgrade because of the bad reviews on clock Face because that is important to me.Gosh sooooo many people seem to returning them because of this.

I did see the new face this morning with the date added.  The date and the step count still use the dim font though so it's difficult to read still.  But this is progress!

What I fail to understand, is why they did this.

These devices are often used as watches, but primarily they are sports bands. They are for monitoring data and giving visual feedback. 

The charge 2 had a rough start, but eventually listened to the users and came up with set of faces that, while not perfect, were adequate for what most people wanted and used them for. 

Why on earth did they not start with that basis ? 

It took time and effort to get those charge 2 faces, Why waste all that and produce virtually useless replacements ? 

I really, truly do not understand the mind that is capable of such a decision, or the minds that went along with it.

I mean, OK, it's a new device, lets have some fancy new faces, but why dump the old ones that worked and people liked and were used to ?

I'm baffled.

I agree with u on that completely for faces.Same thing for me as well with changing out the adventure challenges for me.What happened to New York?Really what brilliant person did that without replacing it with something else?Keep up the posts and maybe some other brilliant person will get it right for us.🙏🏻🙏🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

Yeah I was baffled by the selection of faces that were missing key things and there is also no way to create a custom one on my own. 

I need my watch face to display: 

- Digital Hour, Min, Seconds display (not analog). 

- Date, including day of the week ( Mon Oct 22 ) 

- Heart Rate

- Steps

and if there is room some kinda battery life indicator bar. 

I seen the two new faces but there were still lacking and would hope they release more soon that cover the above.

I was able to vote but I could not figure out how to comment on a specific comment, so I am adding a new comment.  The example Ruth MI posted from her Charge 2 is the clock screen I would like also to see on the Charge 3 as well!

I checked to see if an update was available and I appear to be on the current release.  Still, there are no clock faces that track all the information as with the Charge 2.

It is disappointing that the terrific clock face options available with the Charge 2 are not available with the newer Charge 3 device.  

It appears that there are many customers that share this opinion.  Please add another voice to those requesting this change.

The Charge 3 is my 5th Fitbit device. My Charge HR is still working fine, so I'm giving this one about 48 hours before it gets returned. Maybe the next version will be better....

OK, I'm done. Tried on a 40 mm Apple Watch 4 today. It's almost exactly the same weight as the Charge 3 (within a gram) but looks and feels 10 times better (for only three times the cost!).

My C3 is being returned so I'd like to thank Fitbit for alienating this long term user. I'll miss the battery life and the sleep monitoring but hey, it'll be worth the sacrifice.

If only Fitbit had provided some decent clock faces... To those of you still waiting for those, best of luck!

I agree, the two new faces added, although they have a date are pretty horrible.   It seems like they are all too abstract.    They should be neat and clean and easy to read. 

It should be easy for Fit Bit to add the standard Charge 2 clock face which a lot of folks are asking for.

Then if they'd only fix the syncing problems.....

They aren’t too fast at anything still waiting 2 years for more adventures too.i might have to check out Apple Watch my dad really likes his.Just like sleeping on Fitbit.

New charge 3 clock faces still miss the mark, can we just add the charge 2 clock faces.

The only clock face with date and steps on the charge 3 have a time font that is super difficult to read.

Why have the charge 2 clock faces not been added yet??? How is this so difficult!
