More clock/watch faces for the Charge 3!

So, the Charge 3 is out and there is a huge let down:

There are only 5 clock/watch faces:

Come on Fitbit...at least include all the Charge 2 watch faces too. We all loved the Charge 2 watch face with the time, date and the highlighted feature (steps/heart rate etc.)

Whats missing:

- Faces with the actual DATE and DAY

- Faces with a DIGITAL SECONDS TIMER

Or to say it again, just include the Charge 2 watch faces. Thanks in advance.

After waiting for 3weeks and 7pages on this forum, no faces were added.

I've completed my return request and sending it back.

I'll go back to Charge2 - which I couldn't hand to my son due to Ace only crap 😞

I liked Charge3 hardware, lightweight, fits like nothing is there, and battery actually lasts a week+.

But this is smart watch, it has to provide basic data on the face.

Hope Fitbit listens soon!

This it's all I got from a formal support ticket I opened for the missing
face matter:

"Rest assure are more than willing to help with your request to add more
faces for our Fitbit devices and we thank you for taking the time to share
your comments on our community forums. Our team is always working to
improve and we will release a firmware update as soon as possible to fix
the currently issues however no estimated date is currently available"

I just switched over to a Charge 3 after my Charge HR started to die, so I love the bigger screen and options for customizability. For the watch faces that display a single health stat, is there a way to simply choose which stat we want displayed? I would love to have the Analog face with the date, and display my steps instead of my heart rate. Even if this were added as an additional clock face, that would be a step in the right direction.

Add this please! I'm tired of scrolling through during a workout to see what my HR currently is.  I should be able to look at my watch and see it right there on screen.

Wanting:

Time (no seconds) - HH:MM

Date - MMM DD

#of steps just the step icon ... don't do the stupid progress bar thingy

HR icon and number

basically this from the charge 2 but no progress bar

Needs Day of the week -  I know what month it is ... but what day is it ??

I shouldn't have to go thru so many screens -  with very TINY information to get to the important info I need

How about just making it customizable so I can pick what screens I want / need ... same with the clock face ...

A screen app 1/2 the size of the Charge 3 ...  I expected more from you

Why is the battery status missing ?? or so tiny that I will need a magnifying glass to read it

Why is all of the other in info even smaller than on my Alta ??

The idea of getting a larger Fitbit was so the data would be LARGER not SMALLER

This needs a lot of work besides the clock face ...

As a former design engineer I suggest you fire the team who produced this mess !!

Then ask your customers what they need !

Obviously more watch faces are desired for the Charge 3, if the suggestion boards are any indicator. Rather than have an actual discussion get buried in another post, here is a set of displays I made that I would offer freely to FitBit to implement, and would love feedback and thoughts on which ones would work best for users. The few posted designs I've seen in the forums are IMO not thought out very well. Too cluttered, don't solve the problem, and would be impossible to actually be useful. 

Anyway, take a look at these and let me know which ones seem like the best choices. And if actual mods do look a these forums, consider these a gift to the UI department.

As someone who used the HR2 for years, I was pretty disappointed to not have at least a 1:1 copy of the clock faces. 

Do we have an ETA on the fix? I'm sending mine back otherwise, and won't be getting the one I had planned to get for my GF for Christmas.

I would love a watch face with the time on one line (with hours and minutes seperate by dots), steps, heart rate, and date. That’s the information I need at a glance, and I’m disappointed that there isn’t a watch face that shows all of this information already.

I second that I would love a classic digital watch option with seconds that shows the date and heart rate.  

I also would like the option to rearrange the order in which the features appear that you scroll through and the option to hide some.

The "double stat" face in Charge 2 had everything I needed on one screen: time, date, steps (along with a nice bar showing progress), and heart rate. I'm very disappointed this face is missing on Charge 3. The new version is supposed to add new features, not revoke the old ones.

I loved the watch face that had the time spelled out. I know it wasn't super popular, but I liked the simplicity. Seems like the old Charge 2 faces should be an option for the Charge 3. Why not?

The font size of the heart rate and step number is way TOO SMALL and TOO DIM!!

They are the more important information.

The font of the time does not have to be so huge.

Please correct this!

I wish I'd read this before I bought the Charge 3. The clock faces for the charge 3 are too limited. Why would Fitbit reduce the options from what was available on Charge 2? 

Not an improvement!
