Naming/Labeling Alarms

Hello,

Wouldn't it be nice if you allow us to name the silent alarms? For example: an alarm to wake up, one to drink water, food, one to remind me of something such as an important meeting, etc...

Your feedback is highly appreciated.

Best regards,

On the inspire 2 I want to see a reminder feature which would work like the alarm but it would also show you the title or the text of the reminder so you would know what it’s reminding you of. This would be good with a light vibration.

Hi,
Me again for a new suggestion. Not only you can't setup an alarm from the app, which is ridiculous, but you can't name it either. I would like to be able to name an alarm for better organization.
This feature is available with Xiaomi or Huwaei smartwatches, which are 3 or 4 times as cheap as the Fitbit charge 4.

Please develop a feature to allow a user to select a custom or pre-defined alarm labels. Currently, I have an alarm set for 9pm and it says ‘Look Alive’. I would like the option to change this label/message to a custom message or from options such as ‘Wake Up’ or ‘Time for Bed’.

I use the versa3 but but didn't read about other devices that do can. ATM I can only use calendar on my phone to receive a notification WITH a title. There are multiple solutions. Make it possible to add a title if you set an alarm at the fitbit or make it possible the fitbit vibrates at alarm (clock) of your smartphone. As Samsung and Huawei do

Great idea to add a title to the watch Alarms app to distinguish each alarm.

Google Assistant can create the alarm with a title.

In the interim detect when a Samsung Clock alarm or timer goes off, with a pop up notification on the watch.

Hi @sterredagthanks for taking the time to share your feedback with us about the possibility of adding a tittle or label to the alarms on the watch. I noticed that a similar feature suggestion already exists so I’ve moved your post here. This helps to keep the forums more organized and for the team of developers to continue to track popularity and demand over time.

Make it possible to give silent alarms a text label that is displayed on screen when the alarm hoes off. E.g. take meds

Update to include ability to add label or text to alarms. i.e "take meds" "study" "exercise" "meeting" "shower" "breathe" "breakfast" "Lunch" "break" "journal" "homework" on versa series and sense. Since there's no ability to type on Fitbit, you can include preset (wellness & productivity) labels that users can choose from.

Hello. I set alarms throughout the day for multiple things so "wake up" doesn't apply. When we're setting our alarms, can there be a dropdown for common options like "PIll", "Leave Home", "Drink Water" and not only "wake up"?

Thanks!

I don't know why after 7 odd years of people requesting to be able to name alarms that this still has not been looked at. 5 alarms in a day all listed as "wake up". May as well take alarms off the fitbit as they are 90% redundant unless you actually want a wake up alarm.

The Luxe is my third or fourth Fitbit device. I've never been told to "Wake up!" as my alarm before. I don't always set my alarm to 'wake up' - I often set it as the time to leave if I have something important to do (like pick up my kids). Maybe the display should just say 'alarm' and give the pic of the clock.

When we will be able to name alarms? It would be immensely helpful to be able to set reminders that actually remind you of what you need to do. Example: Start run / Leave for yoga / Log on for virtual spin class / Start bedtime routine..
I'd love to upgrade my watch but this feature is a must for me.

Smartwatches are not allowed in schools, so charge 5 gets it done but it doesn’t have the basic feature of setting reminder for classes during the day. Phone is not nearby to get calendar notifications during school time. My son uses alarms as indicators but there is a limit and cannot add custom names.
