Hi @gulabjames5 - have a look if such an attachment exists already for watches but in the meantime you can always wear the watch in a pocket to count steps or in an arm band or chest strap for more detailed information if that's what you want to record.
Conversely see if you can get a fancy clock face(s) for your smart watch and then you can even have different fancy displays.
