Option to disable "Fitbit Today Insights"

I find the tips of the "Fitbit Today Insights" to be irritating in the extreme, and was sorely disappointed to find on the support boards that there is, in fact, no way to turn this feature off. I have been a happy Fitbit user for literally years and look at the app several times a day. I detest the "Fitbit Today Insights" feature so much. I use this device as a tool and have no interest in algorithmic suggestions from this company.

I keep seeing pop-up suggestions within the FitBit app on my iPhone titled things like "Activity", "Sleep", "Nutrition", etc. Much of this advice is patently wrong, and I don't find the rest helpful at all. However, there doesn't seem to be any way to turn them off. This needs to be a setting!

Give users the option to disable the daily pop-up on the home screen. I'd also like to recommend that Fitbit staff actually listen to user feedback instead of ignoring their users for literally years.

A few years back this new banner with "tips" started popping up whenever I opened the app. The "tips" are inane and simple in the extreme like (not verbatim) 'drinking water, eating healthy and exercising is good for you'. Please introduce a feature to disable these.

Plus they repeat. Nothing new.

please give an option to turn off the health tips/ suggestions banner on the app “today” screen. the tips are not useful to me (and apparently many others in the forums), and are far more an irritation than an added value.
