Quick Replies for iOS Devices

When will it be availible to reply with iOS for apple users. I noticed Versa can reply to text but it says only for android. I will never switch to android and the reply to text is the only thing that Fitbit is missing. Apple Watch does all the same plus reply to text and taking calls. Big miss on Fitbits part.

This would be HUGE. Love Fitbit products but I’m agreeing with literally EVERYONE when we say..we NEED that reply text feature.

Completely agree with original poster.  Messaging and the ability to answer phone calls would be extremely useful (ranked in order of importance).  Because of the lack of these capabilities, I'm considering going back to Apple Watch.  I know things are always more difficult to get done on iOS, but it would be well worth it for Fitbit.

If Fitbit decides that default replies will work on IOS, will it be only for versa or for the charge 3 too? Cause I have a charge 3 and I would like to use that feature. It would be really nice if you could text anything you want, not what you put in default replies. Also emojis would be nice😊 But you know, one step at a time😂

Hello,

Apple will never allow fitbit to send messages through fitbit watches. This
is the biggest edge they always want to give apple watches so they will
never allow fitbit.

I guess it is better to accept the reality.

This issue is definitely with Apple's closed system.  However my old Pebble Smartwatch was able to do quick replies on my iPhone.  Somehow Pebble worked out a fix through a partnership with the wireless carrier (AT&T).  Since most of the Pebble team moved over to Fitbit, someone should see if they could make a similar workaround for the Charge 3 like they did with the Pebble.

Incredibly disappointing that this is a feature for Android but not iPhone - I will always have an iPhone but limited features like this would make me reconsider having a FitBit!

Please, please, please allow replies for iPhone - I really don't want to give my new fitbit away!

Due to the loss of this feature and others such as a working calendar app and many other missing iOS features, like Apple Music not allowing to download unlike Apple Watch (as I went from Apple Watch to my current Fitbit Versa), and the apps being very slow and ‘syncing problems’ and sleep recognition features failing to work, I am extremely likely to switch back to Apple Watch within the next year. Unless this and other features are changed, my Fitbit will be going to EBay.

 I would LOVE to respond to texts from my Fitbit Versa! Hands down this smartwatch is much better than the Apple Watch. I did have an Apple Watch and sold it within months!! I hope we can work with them to get quick responses a feature for iPhone users!!

Really hoping Apple allows quick replies from the Fitbit versa. I love the versa and would definitely consider purchasing an android device if Apple does not allow this to change.

This product was advertised as having quick reply and nowhere did it mention only for Android users. A little upset that this feature isn’t available for simple iPhone messages. Please fix.

It would be a nice benefit to have quick reply capability for iPhone. It is a definite detractor from the operation of a wonderful Versa Watch.

I'm loving the Fitbit Charge 3! I like the easy-to-use simplicity of it. My focus is to track my fitness ... However, the Fitbit Charge 3 was advertised with the "Quick-Reply" feature and was a big appeal to me. I was really disappointed realizing I can't do this from my Apple device. I called and was told that they're currently developing this but fingers crossed this happens sooner than later... please!
