Support Monzo for Fitbit Pay

I strongly recommend that Fitbit should add Monzo bank to the Fitbit Pay and Barclays to their list of supporting banks. I also think they should look into Revolut bank as it doesn't work. I applied for a virtual card with them a long time back and I wasn't able to download the card to my Fitbit even though it was listed as a supported bank. I contacted revolut support and they had said that it is still in development. Revolut is listed as supporting the bank in more than 20 countries for Fitbit pay but I highly doubt that based on my experience. So they should not list it as one of there supporting banks. They should add Monzo and Barclays and other well known banks twell-known banks will be very beneficial to those who use Fitbit devices. The two banks I have listed are very well known banks.

So it's 2019 now and this issue is still lacking.

The feature has been out for quite sometime but isn't get that drive or support in other regions/areas.

This can get to a point where it really doesn't become a selling feature anymore with technology moving forward at such a fast pace.

There are cards out there now being used more and more which this company can take advantage of.

Monzo is one. There are others out there too.

I'm just hoping they realise this is something that NEEDS to happen, why, to give paying customers something they have paid for and alllow them to use multiple existing infrastructures rather than put in effort and workarounds.

Great product so far, could be better.

@DavideFitbit That's awesome. However is there some sort of timeline that we can follow for features or ideas that are currently "under construction". Not post updates but something where the buyers/users can view a live timeline of some sort. This would save time and prevent posts from being repeated/moved or even revived.

This doesn't have to be anything crazy or over the top and can be process related. Say top 5 which are close to completion or reaching a conclusion can have their own page? With that can maybe the most recent time lines which have been accepted/reviewed.

Guys. Please vote on the other link as suggested by @LizzyFitbit for Barclays. And, those of us who wants Monzo to be supported, please do not be stingy and click on vote so that we can push this idea through and find as many friends that's using both Monzo and Fitbit and request them to vote on this so that it can be a reality. Since Monzo is widely used within the UK, and apparently there are many Monzo users as well, I personally think that Fitbit should support Monzo as one of the banks.

I completely agree on your view. I strongly believe that Monzo should be supported on Fitbit Pay along with Barclays. But due after my birthday a few weeks ago i applied to Starling Bank which i very similar to Monzo and supports Fitbit Pay. So for those who have Monzo i do believe that you should have your card on your watch but for me personally it is not that much of a problem as such. If it was supported i will be happy that my suggestion was taken into account. I still believe it should be available to other Fitbit users.

It seems insane how few banks are supported in the UK. I would not have bothered getting the fitbit if I had known that NEITHER of my banks are supported by fitbit pay (Monzo and Barclays). I know Barclays are always awkward so I understand that one. But monzo? Don't understand - they are great. This is an issue that seriously addressing - not just Monzo obviously but that's preference.

I bank with Monzo and the Fitbit pay feature really interested me in purchasing a new model so I switched from the charge to the Verda model however Monzo is not yet supported so I cannot add my card to my Fitbit wallet
