Taunting, Cheering and messaging within the app is fun, however only being able to see my friends messages to me and not my responses, makes the banter much less entertaining. Almost all IM, SMS, Skype and chat programs allow the user to see the entire conversation (both sides of it). Please Fix the Chat to show the full conversation!

YES, please add this feature soon!!!! I am surprised this has not been part of the program in the beginning.... all mesage boards have 2 way conversations!

I agree, this should have been a given with the messaging option. So annoying when people reply much later and you can't remember what you said or asked !!! Please do this soon!!!

This just seems so simple and obvious.  Every simple IM and chat has this.  Any update on if or when this will be added?

I agree. Please fix to have all the normal messaging features like viewing all messages (sent/received) and being able to delete them too. Having a ton of one line messages gets annoying to reply to someone down on the list. Ease fix asap!

I totally agree. This was the first thing I noticed. I emailed fitbit and was advised to post a comment on here so I really do hope they get this fixed. would make it so much easier to use. I had no idea if i replied because i couldnt see it. It would help so much if it was formatted the same way that a text convo is formatted. Please fix!

Should be fixable. When you do a "challenge" within Fitbit and have conversation within that setting, you CAN see both sides of conversation.

totally agree! I tend to forget what I said and I know I've sent the same message in different words more than once b/c I forget that I replied!  Feels like a one-sided-conversation.

Fitbit force does no longer syncs with my Pc or phone.  Last update was 1:50 3/21 and now unable to sync.  Goes to syn finds it and say it is syn, but the steps on the fitbit and pc or phone not updated from the 1:50PM time.

It would be nice to be able to see what you said to one of your friends when they answer you back. Sometiems its a few hours or day and you forget what you asked them. 

 

Also it would be nice to be able to message all your friends in a group message. Maybe an open chat link on the dashboard page so all your friends could see. 

Inviting them to challenges or fitbit groups one at a time gets old!!

I was just coming to the fitbit website to post a suggestion about this problem. I'm glad to see someone beat me to it. Can't wait for this to be fixed!

I think it'd be helpful to have messages sent to friends saved/attached to their responses. That way you know which message their responding to and which ones are being ignored.

it has been over a year since u have been considering it 

would really love this feature added  i always forgot if i had replied or not 

not to mentoin when my freinds send  a msg followed by a cheer n when i wanna reply i cannot see the original msg but see the cheer  which is so annoying

Another vote for this - in this day & age with messaging so ubiquitous on so many platforms, it is so strange not to be able to see the entire conversation and not to have any visible confirmation that your message or reply has actually been sent or delivered.  It's hardly 'new' tech with the likes of Facebook Messenger & WhatsApp so widely used - please can you add this functionality as soon as you can. Thanks!

I would REALLY like to see the whole banter back and forth. I am new ( one and a half weeks ) and kept sending my message over and over again because I didnt think it was going through when it actually was. this can really irritate fitbit friends when someone like me who doesnt know keeps sending the same message

Since the last update, I cannot get rid of the red notification that I have showing a "new" message.  It's still showing 34 messages and it would be nice to not have this up there so it's easy to see when there is a new message.

 

Also, it would be nice to see both ends of a conversation.  Right now I can only see messages received and not messages I sent or replied to.

These messages popping up is a nuisance. They do not disappear after 30 days! I dont think anyone needs to have these messages for that long. This is an issue. Get it fixed!

The first suggestion made about being able to see an entire conversation on Fitbit messaging was asked 2-2-2014 and it is supposedly under construction. It is 6-24-2015. Update us please about when this will take place or if it will someday.
