YouTube Music App

It's been almost a month now and a huge product like the Fitbit has only a couple of apps, and one music app. So I was hoping you guys can add the YouTube Music app, since it allows access to a huge selection of music videos and audios. Also the app have 100 song downloaded for offline use. It chooses them based on your taste and updates them every now and then.

I also very recently purchased the versa 3.  I love it and thought I'd download my music so I didnt have to take my phone when I ran.   Grrrr Spotify and Deezer are the only apps.  On the versa 2 you could just download your own music.  This is a crock of **ahem**e!! Come on Fitbi5 sort it out.  Listen to your loyal customers and get the youtube music app so we can listen!  You are going to lose a LOT of customers if you dont!!

Add youtube music. I already pay for it. Google owns it and owns fitbit. Don't understand why you wouldn't have it

Hi @syohannan1, thanks for explaining why you would like to have the option to use YouTube Music App from our Fitbit devices. I've moved it into a similar suggestion which has been updated as "Under Consideration". I hope to see you around.

Please add support for Youtube Music. I've been on Google Play Music / Youtube Music as a family subscriber for years, and do not want to pay for another subscription service just to get offline music onto my Versa 3.

I am very much a google home person and with that a google music account which has not transitioned to YouTube Music. I bought the IONIC for GPS and Music Storage but as time as elapsed buying mp3 music is a thing of the past and having a music service more the case. I don't want to change to Deezer their music service is faulty.

YT Music would be great. In the meantime......having Fitbit choose (based upon most listened to) is ridiculous. Give Fitbit users the opportunity to select the 3 collections they want to listen to. Think about it, the most listened to could remain the most listened too for quite some time and the user has no choice to make a change......

Can we possibly get YouTube music added to the watch watches?
Also if it would be possible to not need a computer to sync/add your music to your watch would be awesome.

Please, add YouTube and YouTube Music app on Fitbit Sense, it will be a game changer, most of people have their playlists and mixes there. Cheers

Since google owns fitbit and youtube music, it's another one of those no brainers that just skips their radar.

After reading - glad to see it's under consideration, hopefully it'll get past that stage ☺️

+1 for sure!  With Google owning Fitbit it naturally makes sense.

Hello,

I think that it’s not going to happen soon and that they wait for a new product line of Google watches/trackers so they can sell a Google line up with YouTube Music. Besides that if the battery problem is not solved it’s hardly a thing you can look forward to. Just another thing to drain the stressed power supply within the watch. I hope Google can solve this problem if not then I will finally begin to look for another watch manufacturer. I started with the first Charge and now wearing the Sense, I still think they’re having a good product with good software. They’re now in a transition because of Google and that can hurt them if they don’t  get there  act together. I wish them all the luck and support to get this done. Regards Marcel

+1 youtube music.

I don't care about videos. Just tunes.

I switched to YouTube Music, and hoped I could at least have device control. Nope. We need to lock this into overdrive.

@SteebieB I can control music on phone from my Versa 3. In fact, I'm casting youtube music from my phone to my smart speaker so I can control volume and songs that plays from my watch. But it would be more convenient to just ask Google Assistant to play some music and still have the possibility to control it from my watch.

Now that Fitbit is a Google company, let's get YT Music on Sense and Versa 3 - it just makes sense. 😁

This post has been around for 4 years already and I still don't see an option to add YouTube music to Fitbit ... what is the use of a suggestion post if they are not taken into consideration? Thank you

** Continuation of my previous answer *** Especially since the beginning of the year Fitbit was bought by Google, I do not understand the non-existence of the link between youtube music and Fitbit?!?
