YouTube Music App

It's been almost a month now and a huge product like the Fitbit has only a couple of apps, and one music app. So I was hoping you guys can add the YouTube Music app, since it allows access to a huge selection of music videos and audios. Also the app have 100 song downloaded for offline use. It chooses them based on your taste and updates them every now and then.

Sadly the only logic reason a YouTube Music app hasn't been released is that Google is killing off Fitbit OS. The tech will be rolled in to wearOS and we'll be left with an EOL watch. 😭

I agree with @Adfhirdfh , I was afraid they would ignore this thread until the new Pixel watch comes out and force us to dump our Fitbits and "upgrade" to a new watch just to get the features we have all wanted and expected for the last 3-4 years.  Then MUST add YTM and real-time BP measuring.  Had those 2 features been part of my Sense, I would have been happy to use it until the battery no longer holds a charge...

This request dates from more than 4 years ago, it's been a while since I lost hope. (Lol..)

 Especially since in 2 weeks Google will finally reveal the release date of the Pixel watch. It's supposed to have a 32 gig memory, WOW! Finally I will be able to train at the gym without dragging my phone in my pocket!! I have already promised my mother to give her my Versa 3. And here is problem and useless expectations solved!!

Guys, the first rule when you buying any electronics is: Don't buy anything
on the future promises. Buy it based on what it can do today! I would love
the YT Music on my Versa 3 but that will never happen.

Google owns Fitbit. It's about time the Fitbit can integrate with YouTube music. Especially for premium users!

Hello, I agree we need a Youtube/Music/Premium app. For either music playback that we downloaded and uploaded to the sense, or even video playback that was downloaded and played on the fitbit. But I know that's dreaming.

Also, some data to back up warranting this program. Deezer had around 2% of market share and Pandora has less than 1% of market share.

Youtube Music has over 3 times the market share at 8%. 

Spotify doesnt count because it does not allow you to download and listen off line

Last night I read an article on the Google Pixel watch coming out in fall
of 22. It has the Google operating system wear os that has you tube
music. This watch will have all the functionality of a fitbit as well.
Unsure if they will bring wear os to current fitbit models or not.

I would love this feature and get tremendous use out of it. I only need to take my expensive phone on runs/bike rides with me for music. Would love to be able to put the music on my watch and be able to leave my phone at home.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!  I use YouTube Music as my music streaming service and music controls is literally one of the only reasons I have a smartwatch.  You not supporting YouTube Music is making me reconsider my purchase.  Come on, you're owned by Google!

YouTube music app would be amazing for my Fitbit. Like most people, I don’t want to pay for another music service just to use on my watch when I already have YouTube music.

So I guess it's just - either you have wear os and get yt music or your don't have it.

Well guys, then please bring wear os for the older devices as well.

Either way, it's somewhat embarrassing that I either need to switch to a Samsung watch for yt music or to Spotify for the Fitbit app. Both options involve Google losing a customer.

The lack of a YT music app for Fitbit so one can store and sync playlists on board is the only thing holding me back from investing in a Sense. Very disappointing from a Google owned product that you've partnered with Deezer for that?! It's ridiculous!

I'm really excited this thread is getting active again! It just goes to show how many of us would like this feature, so why not put it on the device? Kind of silly that it isn't available. I hate having to hold onto my phone so I can have music from the source that I want.

Guys come on, this is getting ridiculous. Fitbit and YouTube Music are owned by the same company, how on Earth is it possible that Deezer is supported and YouTube Music is not? How long do we have to wait?
