add a "force sync" to the Dashboard for Charge 2

My Charge2 is almost always synced in real time.  AND... if not, all I need to do is drag down on the app on my iPhone.  Often, my dashboard can be well over an hour out of sync.  Some times as much as 4 hours behind or more.

 

Please add a "force sync" to the Dashboard.

unfortunately, you did NOT understand my suggestion.  

 

I want the ability to force a sync on the PC Desctop API.

 

I am not an idiot, of course I know I can cause a sync anytime from my iPhone.
