@Theodorus - that is correct you won't be able to operate (settings) or delete those apps or clocks, in which case you may have to use a new UUID for your private link.
As regards the missing developer menu, it may be an error or by design, but either way extremely unhelpful for those who use it.

Best AnswerAfter some back and forth with the support, and some vague suggestions that I might have not signed the TOS, which is nowhere available to me when I sign into the GAM, the developer menu is suddenly available in my app, without me having to do anything, or any notification from the support team.
Just wanted to let you know, yours might be back as well.
The Developer Menu is also missing for me. I've got an Inspire 3.
@Theodorus did you also have to contact support like @jonhallur, or did the Developer Menu just appear?

Best Answer@cardioload The Developer menu is only applicable to watches that run Fitbit OS. Inspire 3 is not such a watch; user-developed apps can't be run on it. You can use the Web API, though.
