Loading companion - Install failed: No response received for RPC call to 'app.install.stream.begin'

I was developing an app and suddenly cannot sideload my app to companion. I tried both simulator and turning on developer bridge on my phone and device, the results are the same:

What happened? It used to work well.

I've seen it get in this state. Usually just quitting the CLI and reconnecting is enough to clear it.

Ok, return this morning and it works again. Will try quitting the CLI next time.
