Having so many problems with the new App. My sense 2 has all the information but it does not sync in the app. I have done everything to try & rectify this. I am totally opposed to turning blue tooth off & on every morning, deleting the app from my phone or restarting my sense 2. To offer this as a solution is totally unacceptable. The sense 2 should work as marketed - it records statistics & uploads it to the app, we as consumers should not be performing daily “fix’s” to get what we were promised. My main issue is that I never had a problem in 6 years until the new app design. The hundreds of people posting on this forum must prove to Google that there is a massive issue - not once has this been acknowledged we’re just offered “fix’s” that work for a few days & then back to hit & miss.
This morning when I synced my stats were:
Sleep for 57min - I slept for 7 hours
Steps - 6,567 I had got out of bed & walked downstairs to the kitchen
Distance - 2.8 miles
Heart rate - had stopped at 12:05 yet my sense 2 showed full heart rate data.
This happens at least 2-3 times per week. I’d like to know what is being done to rectify this?

I’m having the same problem!
Sad whatever Google touches seems to break. Google buys Waze and it's worse; Google buys Fitbit and it's worse. All this does is increase sales for Apple.
