App not syncing

I logged a run today. It worked on the watch and I clicked 'end'. The steps have synced but the exercise is not logged, nor the heart rate. 

I've have re-synced no joy

 

Any tips?

Thank you for taking the time to share the inquiry regarding your Sense 2. Sorry to see that you are having difficulties.

Before considering other options, please make sure that you are using the latest version of the Fitbit app. See the article: How do I use the Fitbit app?

In addition, follow these steps on the Fitbit app:

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  • Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  • Check if the issue is still happening.
