Battery Issues and now it won't turn on

My Sense 2 used to hold battery for 5 or 6 days, but over thr last month it has begun to drain significantly faster. It now will only hold a charge for less than 48 hours. I have done restarts multiple times as that helped in the past. Last night my watch on its own started to reset but now will Inlet show the fitbit startup screen and then I get a red x and it goes black.  I have been brand loyal since 2012 owning multiple versions of a fitbit.  I am so upset please help.

My Sense 2 did the same thing this morning. Dead, no response from holding the button, and will not connect to Bluetooth.

Looks like it has happened to quite a few people from posts I have seen. I hope Fitnit responds. Previously before owned by Google they had the best customer service I have ever experienced. Lets see.

I have also had great customer service from Fitbit, and Google has already
responded, walked me through a few steps and the support specialist has
determined that my Sense 2 is still in the warranty period and needs to be
replaced. So the great service continues!

However, I have to wonder if my lifestyle is too rugged for these devices.
My first Fitbit, a Vera 4, died shortly after the warranty expired, but I
was offered a significant discount to purchase a new Sense 2, which I did.
It lasted only 10 months, but to be fair, I wear it all the time so it's
had a rough life.

This is the first time this has ever happened. I had thr Ionic (which I loved but it was just to big for me), then Versa 2, and now Sense 2. I absolutely love it and do wear it all the time. I wonder. Hopefully Fitbit will respond.

If it gives you more trouble I wouldn’t hesitate to do the chat with customer service. I couldn’t ask for better support!
