I normally buy from Amazon due to their liberal return policy. However, I'm thinking of buying a Sense 2 from Fitbit to get the bundle deal. It says 45 day money back guarantee. Is this for any reason you are unhappy with the device, or do they balk at returns? What rules come with the 2 year extended warranty? Is it a good deal?

Hi @Den726 - it's good you post these questions.
Before you buy the Sense 2 have a look elsewhere in the forums what people report about this watch.
The more sophisticated Sense is also cheaper and available still in the shops.
The Fitbit refund policy is an established one. Some stores also practice a refund if the customer is not happy.
The premium subscription is not covered by the refund policy so best to try the free period first.
The extended warranty coverage is slightly different from the default warranty. Neither cover breakage of the glass screen which can happen if knocked or dropped.
Technology moves quite fast and competition is strong so getting extended warranty is a gamble, are you willing to pay extra in case there is a problem, and it can happen especially if you are going to get it wet, or are you prepared to buy a new watch after a year.
The Sense came out in 2020, the Sense 2 in 2022 but since Fitbit was taken over by Google this cycle may not continue.
