MY ECG App and function has gone from my Sense two, I've only had it a week and was working fine. I have read loads in these forums and nothing has helped, I'm in the correct country and haven't left, I'm over 22. Tired restarting Watch and phone, cleared the cache etc, none of which have worked? Not sure what else to do??

I have a charge 6 and the ECG part of the app has disappeared! I have an iPhone 12 and have deleted and reinstalled app but no difference. ECG function was primary reason for sticking with Fitbit so am not happy.
I have had exactly the same experience. My story is the same as lots of others here. Got the fitbit to monitor AFib and be able to send ECGs to my cardiologist. Now can't see the ECG tab and download the recordings. Updated and reinstalled everything but still not working.
Hello- I'm having the same problem described in this thread. My previous watch (Versa 4) didn't have the ECG option so I've never had the feature in the app. I upgraded to the Sense 2 on Saturday and have not been able to get the ECG function to launch on the phone app once initiated by the ECG app on the Sense 2. I get a notification on my phone that the device wants to open the Fitbit app, and to tap to start the ECG function. This opens the Heart Rhythm Assessment page with a "Get Started" button. Once clicked, I get a blank page with "Fitbit" at the top and an arrow that does not go back... leaving the app in limbo until force closed (screen shots attached). There is also no mention of the ECG feature/tab/tile anywhere within my Fitbit app. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app from the Play store, restarting the phone, restarting the Sense 2... nothing has helped.
Device details: Fitbit Sense 2 on firmware 60.20001.214.24
Phone details: Android 15 on Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra on Android 15
App details: Fitbit version 4.42.1 (110285696)
Location: USA
Please advise when there's a fix available- thanks,
-Sean
iOS app update issued today which just mentions bug fixes - version 4.43. Issues with ECG are still there and no word from Fitbit with regards a fix - terrible service!
ECG in health assessments Sense 2 was working last week until Friday and then disappeared from my Android phone so can no longer email ECGs. Am in US . Have not changed phones. This function was why I bought Sense 2 watch. Hope this is fixed soon.

I'm in Canada, I can do an ECG on the Sense but no way to get it in the app; the tile disappeared.
It worked recently, 1-2 weeks ago.
I need it to send to health provider.
Android 14.
--------
I was able to find the ECG card in the App, but it won't read data from the watch. Restarted watch, phone, nothing helps.
---------
Even though I can "force" a sync, it syncs, new ECG on the watch, sync again, nothing in the app

I have this problem too. Sense 2, Android phone, Android 14. ECG app is on Sense 2, I can record an ECG. But since about 2 days ago (after a Fitbit app update?), the ECG app has disappeared from my Fitbit app on the phone. Tried restarting the Sense 2, removing and reinstalling Fitbit app on my phone, rebooting phone. No difference. I bought the Sense 2 earlier this year specifically to be able to monitor ECG on advice of my consultant. Now that function isn't available. Looking forward to an urgent fix.
---
Update: the ECG panel has magically reappeared in the Fitbit app. No reboot or update to the app, this morning ECG wasn't there. Now it is. Will keep checking.
Best AnswerI can also confirm the ECG feature is now enabled for me as well, and working with my Sense 2. No app update was done, so well done tech team for the feature update/push (assuming it was a cloud-based change rather than in the app) quickly on our collective feedback.

The ECG is ON the Sense 2 watch. Ability to view ECG on my android and
email ECG that Suddenly disappeared in the health assessment section. There
are only 3 options now: Irregular rhythm notifications - on and checking
view history, High Heart Rate notifications - on and checking view history
and Low Heart Rate notifications - on and checking view history.
---
The ECG works on the sense 2 watch ( device) but disappeared from the health assessments and I can no longer email ECG strips

Hi everyone, and welcome to our new members.
That's great news! Thank you for keeping me posted and your efforts while working on this matter. I'm glad the ECG tile is now working for some of you.
@billplayle and @hectortool since you still have this issue, please try rebooting your phone. Then, reopen the Fitbit app to install the ECG app tile and sync your Sense 2 to apply the changes.
