MY ECG App and function has gone from my Sense two, I've only had it a week and was working fine. I have read loads in these forums and nothing has helped, I'm in the correct country and haven't left, I'm over 22. Tired restarting Watch and phone, cleared the cache etc, none of which have worked? Not sure what else to do??

ECG app seems not supoprted anymore on Sense even though I have changed anything or location.
from the app support Belgium is supoprted but still can't install the app.

That's great news! Thank you for keeping me posted and your efforts while working on this matter. I'm glad the ECG tile is now working for some of you.
@billplayle and @hectortool since you still have this issue, please try rebooting your phone. Then, reopen the Fitbit app to install the ECG app tile and sync your Sense 2 to apply the changes.

Mine too!! I have done all the install, uninstalled, turned off, synced the app before and after each step. I also connected with the Developer and waiting to hear back. I also contacted the customer support as well

For me, the ECG is on my Fitbit app but I can not find the heart symbol on my watch to start an ECG. The app shows it is on and ready for use.
