I returned my Sense 2. Posted Monday morning and today (dispite the postal strikes) I received notification that fitbit had received my Sense and a refund had been authorised. 2 hours later it appeared back in my account!
While I was unhappy with the Sense 2, I would not have any problem ordering from fitbit again in the future (if they make a smart watch with 3rd party support)
Credit where credit is due, thanks for letting me try the Sense 2 fitbit. Thanks for the return policy and thanks for the fast refund.

It's such a shame. I would have loved to have kept mine but no 3rd party apps was a deal breaker. Good luck with your return.

Lol. In fairness Fitbit made it easy to try the Sense 2 so credit where credit is due.

I hope they sort this asap for you. I have no doubt that they will.
For real. I am still sore to part with the (c)EDA sensor on my Sense 2; it's the only redeeming feature that sets it apart from anything else. But the fact that I got a defective device that doesn't even track my sleep accurately (it consistently logs that I slept only 1-2hrs/night, when I sleep 8...) on top of the device being a totally gutted newer model (can't even use the word "upgrade" here) plus the awful customer service, I just can't justify the $300 price tag on it. I'd rather pay $150 *more* and get all the features that were *removed* from it, plus more (like way better battery life and durability) from Garmin's Venu Plus. It's got a speaker in it to play music and take/*make* calls, too. After experiencing the dumpster fire of the Sense 2, $150 more for all that seems like a no-brainer to me.
Hope I have the same quick, easy return process that you did with your Sense 2! I just wish I could get a refund for the Premium that I paid for as well. Oh, well.
Oh wow, you have had a bad time with it! I really hope you get it sorted asap.
After sending mine back I got the Garmin Venu 2plus and I love it!
Can I just ask why you bought the Sense when you have the Venue 2 plus? In my opinion it's a way way way better fitness tracker and a better smartwatch than the Sense.
Still nothing, just lead around and around in circles. They have apparently decided to keep my returned sense 2 (which they validated as being received) along with my money.
May I ask about your experience regarding sleep tracking with venu2plus? I have checked the test done by the "quantified scientist" and the result sounded not so good. But of course, several software updates appeared meanwhile.
I'm pretty unsure between waiting for a fitbit reaction about 3rd party app integration and directly ordering the venu2plus.
Funniky enough I saw that review by the quantified scientist just the other day. I have commented on his Pixel watch review asking for him to look at the Venue 2 plus again as I have found it to be really good. Sleep tracking seems accurate to me, heart rate tracking is spot on as I also wear a chest strap while working out so that I can compare. Treadmill distance is way off but yiu can edit it on the app so it's not a problem. I absolutely love my Venue 2 plus. It's massively better than the Sense 2 and better than my Galaxy watch 4 which is what I was replacing when I bought the Sense 2.
I think you will love the Venue 2 plus, it's a really great fitness smart watch.
Thanks for sharing @Rach77
As a german store had a pretty good offer for venu 2 plus I'm now owner of one. First look is pretty good, nice display, lot of apps etc.
Wristband could be softer in my opinion, maybe I will exchange it sometime.
I will compare sleep tracking between charge 5 and venu2plus within the next days.
I'm glad you like it so far. In my opinion it's a really great watch. Let me know how your comparison between the Venue 2 plus and the Charge 5 goes, I'd be really interested to hear 😄
