I was trying to log my food today and it will not show any food when I put an item in. It will also not show anything in the database when I scan and I know those items are in there. Please help. I have a sense 2 and an apple

I don't have pending updates for the Fitbit app. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and restarted my phone multiple times. The issue persists.

I have the same issue in that I can't create custom foods any more.
Please can you fix this as I use it quite a lot for calorie tracking?

My app is updated to the latest, I've uninstalled/reinstalled and powered on/off multiple times but am still unable to enter custom foods

Two weeks later and it's still not fixed for me. I have installed every update that's been put out so far.

I can finally search the food database now but they broke the "Save Food" button in custom entries! There's no update available and it's been AWHILE now, this is nuts. For the first time in about 8 years I'm considering just changing watches and starting over with something that is accurate and just using an app that is known to work.
