My gallery is not working at all since the date I am using fitbit sense 2, I have tried all suggestions made by the support team as well as different mobile networks and Wi-Fis as well but always I get a same display while opening the gallery from the app "Oops, looks like there is no internet connection" after updates also the issue is still there

Hi @BeingSadique - this is because the Gallery needs a direct connection to the internet - see No internet connection

It is connected to the internet 24/7 , either mobile internet or WiFi..still showing the same

@BeingSadique- yes it will be connected but it's not necessarily a direct connection.
