Hello Google Wallet on Sense 2!

Google Wallet is now rolling out onto the new generation of Fitbit Smartwatches. I’ve got my Mastercard on my wrist and works brilliantly! Since the new update the UI is NO LONGER laggy. A very welcome new update. Google maps next up!

Advertised on Fitbit’s website is the agenda app on Sense 2….. I sincerely hope that will be coming back very soon!!

Is everyone else in Fitbit Community happy with the new update?

I have the update and google wallet popup appeared but like a poster above hsbc works in google wallet but not with the watch, tried Santander, same.  Is there a list of supported banks and a rollout plan?

I haven't had anymore issues with the UI, but might just be me. Everything works fine, I just haven't gotten the Google pay or "Google wallet".

I receive the update in Mexico, hope not only have Google wallet, hope the UI is better, and the gps now works. Because is probably the worst experience out box I have ever had, I love the Pixel Watch but I prefer the battery of the sense. So I hope this update fix all of that problems

@alakai14 Yes, I can understand your "pain", like I have been chatting with customer support, and trying all sort of solutions they can recommended but still fails to add the card to the device. They have escalated higher up, so now I am waiting for them to get back to me on a solution to add the card.

So I am not sure if this helps I can add MasterCard but not visa to wallet which is why I upgraded to sense2!!! I had the same issue with fitpay( laugh/ cry)

(Edit: Visa card are on Google wallet app and work fine on my phone)

Same here. I recently managed to add a MasterCard, but no VisaCard works.

The help doc simply says that not all cards that work in Google Wallet will work on the watch. 

I believe this might be that the bank has to enable this feature for their card

i experienced the same thing. Cards already active for many years in gpay, but it just doesnt work with gwallet in fitbit, when bank verification fails for every card. Fitbit cs will tell u go contact google or bank. Bank will tell u go fitbit or google. I dont expect this kind of service from a huge company like google...   However, for going back to fitbit pay, i only need to clear all app data/cache from phone,  factory reset watch, clear(unpair) all the bluetooth paired watch. I can reuse the same fitbit acccount(no need to recreate). When it detect watch again, it will update again, and default to fitbit pay, when asked if wanna move to g wallet , just reject it for now.

some update. i tried again today on those cards previously cannot be added,  most of them can be added now and wallet is working fine, finally.....
