Help! Sense 2 not working after attempting to update firmware.

Has anyone else had this issue and found a solution? I tried calling CS who basically told me that I need to buy a new one since the watch is outside the 1 year warranty. Watch was completely fine prior to this firmware update attempt. Ugh!

I would ask to have your case escalated., why should you have to pay when the Fitbit Update cause the issue.
