when Fitbit went down I lost data history. How do I recover it?

@danielhay Thanks for bringing this to our attention. As our friend mention, your watch stores detailed data for 7 days and can store daily totals for up to 30 days. That being said, may I know if your Sense 2 is syncing with the Fitbit app? Is the Fitbit app updated to the latest version?

I'm confused, what do you mean you lost data? Your Sense 2 will keep historical data for up to 1 week (I think) before erasing it. Once it's synced to your app, the data is there forever. Did you happen to sync your data at all that day?
