Is my sense2 dead

Hi there,

I’ve had my sense2 for about 10 months now.
the side button stopped working about 3 months ago but this wasn’t really a problem because everything

else still worked.
on April 29 the watch was fully charged then it started to restart, shut down and a big Red Cross came on the watch face . This cycle loop continued until watch drained the battery.
since then I put the watch on charge and it repeats the start cycle , Red Cross shows then turns off.
watch will not charge so I’m assuming it’s now dead.
how do I stand on getting a replacement or refund or can the watch be repaired.

I agree with you in the sense that something is wrong with the battery.  Have you contacted Support (via the link at the bottom of the page) and asked for a Battery Test?  That would give you a diagnosis as to what's happening.

Second, the return process depends entirely on where you initially got the device.  Fitbit can't honor returns and exchanges if the device wasn't directly purchased through them.  You would have to abide by the other retailer's policies.
