I can see many are facing issue with adding cards in Google wallet . The cards that supprt in mobile not supporting to setup in Watch
It would be really helpful if there is any timelines to fix these bugs
Moderator Edit: Clarified subject and formatting
I've had the same problems but I was able to get Afib monitoring to work and one Bank card in Google wallet. On the greyed-out box page swipe up near the top of the page and it worked for me. It was simply poor coding on their part that confused me as well because there was no indication on the page to do this. My google maps still don't work right either.
Best AnswerIt is so simple in my opinion for fitbit. Google wallet is not functioning like it should.
It should have the same bank cards to use as my Pixel 6 pro phone has. IT DOES NOT!
Give your loyal customers the option to go back to fitbit pay, witch was FULLY COMPATIBLE!!!
The problem with wallet is that it wants to use an old verification method that my bank does not use anymore.
Google wallet on my phone uses the new verification method.
I think fitbit forgot to update their system.
You made a mistake fitbit! you have two options: update google wallet on fitbit or go back to fitbit pay.

How do I do this ?
And how do I get it escalated
Fitbit pay no good for UK residents
As none of our banks are supported so when
Google wallet became a option many of us gor excited ran out got the watch it taking the mick
They can't update a old verification system and work with the banks
Also funny, fitbit says on this site: https://www.fitbit.com/global/us/technology/google-apps/banks
that my bank is supported in google pay.
For Netherlands ABN-Amro (mastercard)
ABN AMRO does not allow you to put your creditcard in google wallet, not on your phone and not on your watch.
The only card that ABN AMRO allows you to use is a debit card in google wallet.
So the information on the fitbit site is incorrect!
@toetjewat I have the same situation in the UK, banks in the Fitbit Google Wallet list that don't work.
@LizzyFitbit when are we going to get this disaster sorted out.
Best AnswerIt was pure luck to find this, Fitbit should really update their operating instructions.
I tried again today with a credit card that is supported at Google Wallet (Android). It made a bit of progresses, but it still didn't work.
After "Contacting your bank...", it showed me an "Issuer terms". I clicked the "Accept" button.
Then it showed "Processing card details...".
Finally, it said "Your card couldn't be added".
Best AnswerAfter migration to Google Wallet was offered to me on Sense 2, I was able to complete the card set up and add my Mastercard from AirBank (local Czech bank) to the watch. However, today I discovered the payments did not process when trying to pay at 2 different merchant terminals. Paying with the same card in Google Wallet in my Android phone worked fine.
I tried to remove the card and add it again to the Wallet in the watch. Now the process fails - it invokes validation in the bank app, however the card does not get validated. Even though on the first try, I've received a confirmation sms from the bank notifying me about successfully adding the card to a payment app. In the watch Google Wallet app, it still appeared with red exclamation mark saying that validation by the bank was still required.
Not a smooth transition at all 😕
Best AnswerJust got this back from Fitbit support -
"The issue will be resolved with the next update 3.74."
I am not going to hold my breath, let's see whether it fixes the issues.
@infinidim I just updated to 3.74. Unfortunately I run into exactly the same issue as above.
Any luck from others?
Still on 3.73 app version. Re-adding the card finished the other day (although it initially said something went wrong) and I finally made a successful payment after migrating to Google Wallet.
I found the list of supported banks in the PDF version of the Sense 2 user manual on p62. I think this link should get you there:

Best AnswerMy app still doesn't have v3.74 and it isn't an option for me yet in the Google Play Store. I've written before because I cannot add credit cards to Google Wallet on my Sense 2. I've checked the list of banks that support Google Wallet and my cards/banks are on the list so they should work.
But they don't. Even though the Fitbit app lists my existing cards from my Google account and the cards are on the approved list I just get a "Something went wrong Please try again," error message in the app from one card and, perplexingly a message that says "This card can't be be set up for tap to pay. Your bank doesn't support tap to pay with your watch on your card. Contact your bank for more info or add another card." Again, this card is on the approved list.
I've tried the suggested steps to resolve this problem. It is clearly a Fitbit problem that renders a promoted feature unusable.
So, with the long and longstanding list of complaints about Google Wallet on the Sense 2 listed in this forum, when will this problem be resolved?
