Loss of Sleep Score

Hi there, I have a Sense 2 and no premium subscription, because all I wanted mainly was the Sleep Score and the tracking that goes along with that.

But from yesterday it's gone and replaced with the bland scoreless information. 

Does anyone know what has happened here. I am in Australia if that means anything.

I have the same problem. Since today, all the data on deep sleep, REM etc, have disappeared. This is what I pay for premium rate for. I hope this is just an error and normal or enhanced service is forthcoming.

Same problem here. No sleep score and no readiness score for two days.
