Has anyone had this problem and is it safe to use superglue to fix. See pic

If you still have the metal piece and your watch is out of warranty, you can reattach it using superglue. Carefully apply the glue, ensuring it stays within the circular area where the piece was originally attached. I did this with my watch, and it has been functioning flawlessly ever since.

I have similar problem. One of the metal sensors on the back fell off this morning. I do not get it wet. I keep a face cover/protector on the face. I have ad this device for a little over a year. What do you recomend?

You are SOL, out of warranty, Fitbit won’t do anything. You might as well trash it and buy something else not a Fitbit.

The sense 2 was a great product until it wasn’t. Just wait, your metal pieces will fall off and if you’re over a year old, they will refuse to do anything. Fitbit will lose a lot of customers, but it’s their own fault.

Fitbit just contacted me and offered a discount on a new device, but I don't want to waste my Fitbit Sense 2 just because its metal trim fell off. It's frustrating because my Fitbit is just over a year old, out of warranty, and they don't offer any repair services.😞
BTW, does anyone know which functions will be affected by the absence of the metal parts?

I will never buy another Fitbit. Mine was replaced because it was less than a year old. This is a manufacturing defect and Fitbit should replace every single one. They will lose a lot of customers because of this.

My sensors don't work unless I press it down hard enough so the little copper nub touches my skin.

I don't understand why Fitbit doesn't offer any repair services for my Fitbit Sense 2. Just two metal trims fell off, and it's incredibly frustrating, especially since others have reported similar issues. I recently reviewed the warranty policy, which states that the warranty period for the European Economic Area is two years. I’ve been a loyal Fitbit customer since my first tracker, the Fitbit Flex, over 10 years ago. Given my long-standing loyalty, I don't see why they can't make a special arrangement to extend the warranty just to repair the two metal trims on my Fitbit Sense 2.

well they told me my device didn't meet the requirements for replacement. probably had it for little under two years... obviously your watches are **ahem**ty quality but to see that everybody is having the same issue and not addressing it... sucks

As many people reported the similar issues. It appears to be a design defect.

mine is still.under the so called warranty but said I didn't purchase by an authorized dealer and to contact the dealer and dealer gives fitbit website for warranty. they are selling a clearly defective product shouldn't matter where it was purchased still using fitbit software and a fitbit product
