Has anyone had this problem and is it safe to use superglue to fix.  See pic

I never wear mine in the shower.  I have no idea why this is happening.

I’m having this issue as well! My Fitbit sensors both fell off. I’ve been speaking with support for a few weeks and each time they’d rejected my claim because it’s past warranty as I purchased in May 2023. Super disappointing for such an expensive wearable to fall apart as soon as the warranty expires, especially because this seems to be a known manufacturing flaw. Not sure if you have any suggestions for escalating this or fixing it. It’s such a disappointment because I loved my watch but the lack of service has been such a negative experience that if I have to replace it it definitely won’t be fit bit again.

I had to go through all state insurance because I did the extended warranty.

I also face the same issue. Whom to contact in India

Use Google to find the answer. Fitbit owns Google. I Googled it and found info. Just Google it.

Does Google or Fitbit have a India page? I'd start with the support page
there first.

Did you Google to find out if they support in India? Or, just go the website and select the chat option and ask your questions there?

One of my metal pieces (pictured above) came off.  What should I do?

Sell it on ebay, about all its worth since Google took over!

There's already a dedicated forum for this. Some say to put a dot of super or gorilla glue on the back just make sure you don't touch any of the senses. Some say contact support where they do nothing whereas others that support will send you a refurbished one. Then, my personal favorite, get a non googly eye 👀

I had the same thing happen 1st time about a year ago it was still under warranty purchased thru Amazon and they sent a replacement just happened again over the weekend and now I'm a month out of warranty so nothing I can do. I never wear mine swimming or in shower either very disappointing love fit bits but concerned if this is going to be ongoing issue.

Sorry this happened to you for the second time. It has been an ongoing issue, this is why there is a separate topic just for it. People have been putting a dot of super or gorilla glue on the back just make sure you don't touch any of the sensors.

I decided to take advantage of Fitbit’s offer of 35% off a new Fitbit watch since my Sense 2, like many others, had recently passed the warranty date and they wouldn’t replace it.
I decided to go with the Fitbit Versa 4 since it has all the features I was using on the Sense 2 - and……. It has no metal strips on the back to fall off!!! It’s the same size screen, the face protection covers that I purchased for the Sense 2 fit the Versa 3, the wristbands are interchangeable, so I now have two colors of bands, the charger is the same so I now have a backup.
So I guess I’m fairly satisfied. I would have preferred not to pay out more money so soon, but it is what it is since I couldn’t find anything else suitable to replace the Fitbit.

This has happened to me, too.  I don't know how long I have had my Sense 2.  Is there someplace on the dashboard that shows how long I have had the Sense 2?  What does it cost to fix? Can I get a loaner while it is fixed?  It seems to work without the piece on it.  (only 1 fell off, as of now).

Go to step by step directions:

Step 1.

Walmart harward section is.

Step 2.

Get a small tube of gorilla glue. Pay out for gorilla glue.

Step 3

Put 2 dots on each one avoiding the sensors.

Wait until dry to use. 😊
