Move notifications wont turn off

Move notifications ignore the app toggle setting. Off or disable have no effect. Also if you try and specify a limited window like only mondays it also ignores. Its sending move reminders buzzing on my wrist needlessly sending unwanted notifications and draing battery unnecessarily. Customer service told me this was a none bug with no fix or wor around. So im returning the de ice for full refund to amazon. If they ever fix this bug i may consider repurchasing but im totally over it and its off my wrist indefinitely.

Hi @Casasims - if you make changes in the Fitbit App they don't take effect until the watch has synced fully which can be an intermittent or persistent issue with the V4 Fitbit App.

Ive consistsntly had move turned off in app from initial setup. Ive tried toggle on and off ive tried limiting the window to one day no matter what i constantly get move alerts every hour evety day. Tech support acknowledged this was a known bug and told me to post a bug report here and maybe they will fix it. I just stopped by today to see if there was any update. I returned my to amazon. I like the sense 2 its perfect for my needs and sould buy again if they fix the move bug so i can turn it off like i can on my charge 5

Hi @Casasims - it is possible it is a bug in a version of the V4 Fitbit App which gets frequent updates so bugs may come or go or stay but it is more likely to be a syncing issue or a corruption in the watch which a factory reset would fix.

Done factory reset at least 5 times. Verified running latest software. Spent a couple of very very long chats with tech support trying multiple things. Finally one just flat out stated this was a known bug and that it was not possible with current firmware to turn off move.
