I have tried looking in my Fitbit app and Fitbit account on the web. i cannot find Settings anywhere that would allow me to move my account as instructed by the email I received today. Can anyone help me? (Maybe I already moved? How do I find that out?)

Best AnswerWhen I open the settings in my Fitbit account, there is no notification to "Move your account to Google". I received the email that I have until Feb 2026 to move it. Also, according to my phone, the Fitbit app is up to date. So, I am really confused as to how to get this done.

I have received them, every time I try to migrate my Fitbit account to Google. I get an error message that my Gmail is already being used with another device. After at least 2 dozen attempts, I have given up and ordered an apple smart watch. My understanding is that Google is going to be ending Fitbit devices sometime in the near future anyway and offering pixel
