My Sense 2 isn't charging at all. Need Assistance

Having the same issue. Got a replacement FitBit this week and this one won’t charge either. I did all the troubleshooting steps then contacted customer service - they made me go through them again and then told me to contact them back in 30 minutes if it still wouldn’t charge.  Good luck getting yours fixed!
