Just had an alert on my sense 2 to say battery was low so I put it on to charge and it switched itself off and now will not charge at all. It hasn’t even had 3 days of use. Any ideas

Hi there, @Carmen1212. @Valentino710 Welcome to the Community.
@Carmen1212 Thanks for taking the time to troubleshoot your watch. While I'm glad you sorted this out, I'm sorry you've had this experience. If by any chance this happens again, don't hesitate to let me know so I help you out.
@Valentino710 Thanks for letting us know about your Sense 2, as well as trying a different charging cable. I understand how you're feeling about this situation and just to confirm, have you also tried the rest of the steps described in this help article? If not, please give them a try and let me know how it goes afterward.

I am having the same issue wyh my Sense 2. I have tried multiple outlets and even the charging cable from my Versa 3. My cables work just fine on my Versa 3. My brand new $300 smart watch is now a non functioning bracelet.

I got mine going again. Try holding the power button until the logo comes on to reboot it.
I’m still a bit miffed though that the battery needed recharging already. 🤞

Also I noticed the charger wouldn’t connect until I rebooted it. The magnet on the charger just kept repelling the watch.
