Not syncing to my ipad

Hi, i have a fitbit sense 2, and whenever i try to sync with my ipad, it does not work. Weirdly, my charge 5 will sync, but not my sense for some reason. I have been having this problem for quite some time now, and i really hope i can solve this somehow

Hi @6344 - a watch can only sync with one device at a time, if you have a phone as well.

So restarting the watch and using one device can help, however the new V4 Fitbit App also has connection/syncing issues as well.
