Does anyone know how to either stop getting this message on a run or change the default to “no”? I have had 9 phone calls, 3 chats and several emails with the Fitbit support team and they still haven’t given me a solution.

Hi, @DanLuch , that message comes up in response to some input from the touch screen - possibly from brushing against your tee shirt sleeve?.  I notice from the photo that you are wearing your Fitbit in an unconventional way - on your upper arm instead of the wrist.  I would recommend wearing it as advised and then seeing if this message also appears in that case.

Hi @DanLuch - in addition to what @Julia_G says if your jacket has a rigid edge it can possibly accidentally action the button which means you are getting the confirmation in response to a button press.

It actually is on my wrist and it comes up even when I wear short sleeves. It seems like there ought to be a way to opt out of getting the message.
