Does anyone know how to either stop getting this message on a run or change the default to “no”? I have had 9 phone calls, 3 chats and several emails with the Fitbit support team and they still haven’t given me a solution.
Best AnswerHi, @DanLuch , that message comes up in response to some input from the touch screen - possibly from brushing against your tee shirt sleeve?. I notice from the photo that you are wearing your Fitbit in an unconventional way - on your upper arm instead of the wrist. I would recommend wearing it as advised and then seeing if this message also appears in that case.
