Try opening the Fitbit app and tapping on "You" in the bottom left of the app. From there, tap on "View to the left of Membership benefits. At the bottom of the screen, tap on Manage membership. From there you should be able to cancel.
This is how the Android version of the app works. I am not sure if it is the same for iPhone.
