I have an old Sense 1st gen, a new bought Sense 2, pixel 4xl, pixel 8 and ipad air5.
The 1st Sense was working well with the pixel 4xl for 2.5 years until last week i found out that it stopped sync for almost a week and the time just went crazy. all other features are still functioning, just can't sync the data to pixel 4xl, and the time won't get right (i.e it was 10:32 and the watch says 2:19).
I've tried all different ways that's been suggested online, turn off/on bluetooth, forget connection, wipe all app cache and storage, reinstall... everything. And i finally went to factory reset the Sense, and the pairing failed. It was after input the 4 pairing digits, the app just says reset bluetooth, reboot device, try again... The suggestions are so wrong and so annoying. and the watch is no longer functioning as it's not connected.
Then i tried to see if Sense can connect to the Pixel 8, and it still not working. So i assumed the problem was with the watch, and I bought a new Sense 2..
Then it turns out, Sense 2 can't pair with Pixel 4xl / Pixel 8 either. So lastly, i tried with the iPad and guess what... both Sense and Sense 2 PAIRS!!!!
Turns out the problem is with pixel bluetooth/ Fitbit android app/ other but not with the watch... ( however the pixels can connect headphones with bluetooth)
I can't be so unfortunate to have 2 watches having the same problem and 2 phones having the same problem.. what's the odd ???
I'll try find a different android phone (shame on you Google) and test. meanwhile if anyone experience the same problem as i did, or have the fix to that. Please help!!
DO NOT GIVE ME ANY MORE BLUETOOTH OFF ON, INSTALL REINSTALL SUGGESTION...DOESN'T WORK FOR ME!

Hi @Alex__xe - it can always be problematic when using multiple devices with the Fitbit App running.
The watch will only connect with one device at a time, unlike a phone which can have multiple connections.
See if you get the same problem with everything turned off bar one phone. It may still be necessary to do the remedial steps to start with in order to get to a normal connection state.
Even if this doesn't work initially try removing both watch Bluetooth entries from the phone and if necessary run the setup in the Fitbit App to restore them (in case they were corrupted in some way).

I reset everything and isolated the devices before each pair.
Each time only 1 pixel and 1 watch. both Sense are factory reset and not pair to any device. forget all the former connection on all pixels. Make sure during the pairing only the set i try to pair is turned on. All other devices are power off and in a different room.
To prepare the phone, i log out the fitbit app, clear cache, clear storage, uninstall, power off, wait for 2 mins, start the phone, turn bluetooth off and on, reinstall fitbit from play store, grant all access to the app, login to the account, start pairing from the profile page in fitbit app, and still, after input 4 digit. FAIL.
I really don't see if there's anything else i might be doing wrong...
