Hi, I have a nearly 2-year old Sense 2 that works well, but will no longer charge. The cable works, I have cleaned the ports with a toothpick and rubbing alcohol, reset it, etc. but the 4 tiny copper plates are just worn through. (I can actually see the dents in them.) Is there anything I can do? Or is it just time to get a new one?
Thanks!

Often one of the 4 pins on the charger gets slightly pushed in so it no longer makes contact and won't charge. This is fairly common. I has not seen anybody able to fix it. You can buy a new Fitbit charger, or I suggest going to Amazon and getting a set of a few third-party chargers that work just as well for most for a fraction of the cost and probably come quicker.

Hi there, @Stacey1989. @JohnnyRow Thanks for your help!
@Stacey1989 Thank you for the steps that you've tried, as well as the additional information. Just to confirm, do you refer to the gold dots on the back of your Sense 2? Or is the issue with the metal pieces which allow you to get an ECG or EDA scan reading?
If possible, please share a picture showing the issue with your watch as this will help me to investigate what can be done to help you out!
