My Sense2 lasted 2 days. Face already cracked somehow????? And that is after needed to replace Sense that stopped charging. Beyond belief.

@Kellie69 - the warranty period is that of the original watch and they are obliged to replace any watch that develops a fault in that time, damage not generally included without extended warranty, albeit with another refurbished one, and any replacement has its own short warranty.

Update, they advised they will send a replacement. The kicker? It's a REFURBISHED unit!! And apparently I have no recourse. I complained and get this: they said that since they already replaced it they will not replace it again. So beware: if your watch fails after 2 DAYS do to a defect, they can decide to send you a used watch. And when you discover it is a used watch, TOO LATE, because they have provided you a replacement. This company is a clown show 🤣.
