7/13 Update: We’re continuing to roll out this firmware for the Sense 2 Firmware Update 194.61, and expect more customers are able to update their devices. This is a progressive rollout and all customers can expect to have it within a few weeks. We release updates in phases so that we can monitor performance closely and make adjustments if needed. If you don't see the option to update, don't worry - you'll have it soon!
We’re excited to announce that a firmware update version 194.61 for Sense 2 will be available soon! Some of you might already have this update available. If you installed it, let us know what you think!
We release updates to customers in phases. If you don’t see it, check the Fitbit app in a few days, and you’ll see a message when you can install the update. We appreciate your patience while we get this update to all of our customers.
*Firmware releases are not distributed based on region or location and can reach anyone no matter where you reside. We do not recommend performing a factory reset to force the update to your device as your data will be lost and you may not get the update. Please be patient and wait until you see the update banner inside of the Fitbit app to begin the firmware download.

HOW DO I UPDATE?
See How do I update my Fitbit device? for step by step instructions for updating your Sense 2. If you run into difficulty updating, review these Why can't I update my Fitbit device?

Totally agree, Fitbit needs to communicate. Clearly something is up with the latest updates. This is how FitBit and Google lose their (potential) smartwatch customers and trust. Because a Google smartwatch is no longer possible for me.
@SunsetRunner If the Pixel watch had anything like the Sense 2 real life battery length of time I would possibly consider it but with it's current, about a day if you are lucky, it is not an option for me.
Best AnswerWell no need for screenshots since I now have that new layout. How is that an improvement? Wish I'd have followed Guy's advice and turned off auto update. shucks. I'll get used to it just like last time, I reckon.
So far, my sleep score is not reading correctly. Still figuring out all the new tiles which are all not necessary. I which they focused on the Sense 2 update and not an app update.
Want to know a funny fact(atleast one thing good) i can install the Spotify app on my Fitbit Versa(gen 1) i am like okay. why can i atleast do this on my older model compared to my FB Sense 2. The versa has something i really want to know why they removed it from my sense 2. 1 the ability to pincode lock the screen and second Wi-Fi connent.
Since the app update the Sense2 is not logging my walking correctly. I had 2 walks today, it logged only one and even then it only recorded half the time I was out. Had no issues before this, it logged multiple walks correctly. Ive android phone if that helps, pretty frustrating though.
@Loup1234 Do you let the device auto-detect the walk, or do you start the walk from the device when you start walking?
If you rely in thag then you might miss the first portion of the walk. You can have Auto-detect enables but still manually start an activity. You can also look at the recordes map & distance afterword once synced post GPS-trackes acticity.
My best suggestion is to start your walk from your device - Obs! Make sure it has connected to GPS BEFORE you press "Play".
Aye good call @LokeAa concerning GPS connecting
I usually amble around a lil bit awaiting confirmation on my Sense2 that it has locked-in on sufficient signal for location, and _then_ start the activity. Sometimes it will.succeed at acquiring gps after starting, but often not (even in clear skies).

Best AnswerHoping this will be fixed in the near future i am currently giving up on the probability to even getting this fixed. if this doesn't get fixed in the next 3 months i will try to get this product RMAed because one thing i can't stand is a defective product and especially when a product has gone bad by software by what the manufacturer claimed to be improvements to the device and all it did was make it not work. For now i will keep using my Versa because it does things good still after an update 🤣
