My Sense 2’s charge lasts not even 24 hrs before it’s back at less than 5% and it won’t turn on. The face keeps changing & the button does nothing usually. When I recharge it, the time is off by about 8 hrs. I sync it, everything is fine for a couple of hours and then it’s draining again.

@RxWiz- if it ran out battery during the factory reset then it will be dead. But try charging again and also do a restart just to make sure. The seals don't last depending on how it is used. Of course if it is still under warranty contact support for a replacement or where you bought it..They are at liberty to offer a 35% discount on a new one, if that's the direction you head.

Best AnswerHi @Guy_ - thanks for the suggestions. It doesn't overheat when charging, I can't get it to stay on long enough to attempt a change in clock face, it did get wet (I thought it was okay to be wet), and I just did a factory reset. It hasn't come back on yet in about an hour. I'm thinking it's toast.
