Sense 2 Keeps Dying

My Sense 2’s charge lasts not even 24 hrs before it’s back at less than 5% and it won’t turn on. The face keeps changing & the button does nothing usually. When I recharge it, the time is off by about 8 hrs. I sync it, everything is fine for a couple of hours and then it’s draining again.

@RxWiz- if it ran out battery during the factory reset then it will be dead. But try charging again and also do a restart just to make sure. The seals don't last depending on how it is used. Of course if it is still under warranty contact support for a replacement or where you bought it..They are at liberty to offer a 35% discount on a new one, if that's the direction you head.

Hi @RxWiz - although it sounds like a watch fault particularly if it got wet, just in case check it doesn't overheat when charging, have you tried changing clock face.

As a last resort a factory reset may help (when fully charged) if the watch is not faulty.

Hi @Guy_  - thanks for the suggestions. It doesn't overheat when charging, I can't get it to stay on long enough to attempt a change in clock face, it did get wet (I thought it was okay to be wet), and I just did a factory reset.  It hasn't come back on yet in about an hour. I'm thinking it's toast.

It was fully charged before the reset. It's been dark ever since. Thanks for your help. I think it's time for a new one.
