Run out of battery last night.Put it on charge and all I'm getting this morning is the diamond Shape

Hold the button in and it goes to alexa But nothing else is happening

Let me help you with the issue of your Sense 2 that is not properly working after it ran out of battery.

The diamond Shape makes me think the device is stuck on an update. Ensure to restart your device by holding the button for at least 10 seconds. Then release the button, Is that the case?

Then attempt to sync through the app. I appreciate your time in this process.
