Sense 2 - Stuck in Reboot loop

It's been 36 hrs since my sense died while sleeping. Since charging it just keeps rebooting. Just the logo and black screen appear with a little vibration. Cannot hard reset it, nothing happens. Says it's disconnected form my phone. I've kept playing with to drain to battery with 0% and recharged it for an hour. Back to the looping. Any ideas?

if your device is in warranty, open support request. Have same issue, I have no hopes left.

Thank you. My battery hasn't been an issue. It is just not turning on it constantly reboots to the icon.

Good to see you around @Aligibson

Thank you for providing the information about this difficulty that you are experiencing with your Sense 2. Sorry to know about it.

Welcome hack to the community @Deeep. Thanks for your help.

@Aligibson, please make sure that your device is charged and try to perform the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Sync the device in the Fitbit app.

  • From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap Devices.
  • Chooose the Sense 2.
  • Tap Sync Now.

2. Check for available Firmware updates.

  • With the Fitbit device nearby, open the Fitbit app (make sure the Fitbit device is charged).
  • Tap the Today Tab > Devices > your device.
  • Tap Update (This option only appears if an update is available).
  • Follow the on-screen instructions: Keep the Fitbit device close to your phone during the update. When the update starts, a progress bar appears on the device and in the Fitbit app until the update is complete.

3. Charge the device:

Double-check the connection: Ensure secure connection to the charging cable and that the cable is plugged into a working USB port (computer or UL-certified wall charger).

If these steps don't work:

4. Restart the device: Keep in mind that your data won't be deleted: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

5. Changing the clock face via the Fitbit app can sometimes resolve a black screen issue:

  • Open the Fitbit app.
  • Choose Device Settings.
  • Navigate to the clock face options and try selecting a different clock face.

Wife has the same issue, can't get onto watch as it just reboots, that's when it will actually switch on, all since she had to do a firmware update, sounds like this a know problem Fitbit!!

Thank you for the information. I've let the device die and fully recharged it. It still goes from black to icon every 3 seconds. Bluetooth cannot connect, says device disconnected. Held the button to reboot for up to a minute and no change. No firmware updates showing. Tried the clockface change but fails since it cannot connect

Not sure what to do. It works. Battery holds. But it doesn't turn on. Any other suggestions?
