Hello everyone, I just purchased Sense 2, after charging it at 100% the battery lasts around 12 hours. I used to sleep and morning time was 20%. What is wrong with a battery that should arrive in 6 days? Any suggestion?

Hi @SunsetRunner - this may be a one off issue, try holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to restart and charge it again.
If the battery drains that quickly it could just be a faulty watch.

@SunsetRunner Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I understand how you're feeling since the Sense 2 should be lasting more than 1 day. In addition to the steps shared by our friend, please double check this help article which describes tips to maximize the battery life. With some features such as GPS tracking and always-on display you may have to charge your watch more often.

Hello and thanks to everyone, I understand the battery dreanage is due to a watch face. I removed it but battery of this sense 2 last only 3/4 days max
